Draw mechanics
Entering one of our competitions is easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow the easy 3 steps.

- Answer the Skill question correctly and buy your ticket
- Receive your ticket and wait for the Live
Our competitions last for a fixed period. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competition page on our website.
The closing date for each competition is fixed and will take place after all tickets have been sold or an estimated time after 80% of tickets have been sold for each competition. Someone will always win each prize on the date stated in the draw.
The prize draw will take place on the date stated in each competition details. The draw itself will be available to view on social media channels via a live stream. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.
People aged 18 or over, with the exception of the promoter.

Tickets
The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is fixed and will not change except on accumulator raffles where the prize money is double the number of entries.
Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed in the draw details.
Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details.
Each competition has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.
You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of the website.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

Payment
The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each competition and won’t change during the sale period.
We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.
Prize Machine
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.We will notify the winner as soon as possible after the draw date, using the phone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.
If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.
Cash prizes will be made by bank transfer or via PayPal. Proof of bank details will be required to ensure payment is made solely to the winner. This information will not be stored. Any prizes will be delivered within 14 days or upon agreement between the promoter and the winner.
We aim to only provide the prize as advertised in our prize draws with no cash alternative. We may however offer you either cash or a voucher as a replacement for a prize. This is entirely at our discretion
If you win we would love to ask you to share your excitement and send us/post pictures of you with the prize to share with our other followers and subscribers on our website or social media pages.
This is not compulsory at all. Just let us know if you do not want to participate.
Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.
